Introduction detail:

The aluminum profile titanium plating process belongs to the coating technology. It is a step of adding pre-plating and electroplating processes on the basis of the conventional titanium plating process. The aluminum profile process is to chemically treat the activated plated parts in an aqueous solution of salt and hydrochloric acid.

The bath composition of the electroplating process includes nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, saccharin, and brightener. The process has the advantages of simplicity, practicability, good effect, etc. The titanium-aluminum profile obtained by the process has a film hardness of HV ≈ 1500, and is 150 times more wear-resistant than the 22K gold plated under the same conditions, and can be processed into various forms of gold, A variety of aluminum profiles in bright colors such as color and black.

Feature:

1. Resistance to corrosion;

2. Thermal conductivity rate;

3.Non-ferromagnetic;

4. Machinability ;

5. Formability;

6. Recyclability ;

7. Electrical conductivity

Insulated cleanroom panel

Insulated cleanroom panel

Overview: Insulated cleanroom panel is a type of composite panel designed for cleanroom environments, consisting of an insulating core material sandwiched between two surface layers. The core is typically made of materials such as polyurethane (PU), rock wool, expanded polystyrene (EPS), or phenolic foam, while the surface layers are usually made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or high-pressure laminate (HPL). This structure provides excellent thermal insulation, airtightness, and a smooth surface, making it suitable for various controlled environments.

Clean laminar flow hood

Overview: Clean  laminar flow hood provides a sterile, unidirectional airflow workspace to prevent contamination of samples or products. Available in vertical and horizontal airflow configurations, it ensures ISO Class 5 (or higher) air cleanliness, protects personnel and processes, and supports critical operations in pharmaceuticals, electronics, and microbiology laboratories.

Modular Cleanroom

Modular clean room

Overview: Modular clean room is a prefabricated, scalable enclosure system designed to create controlled environments for contamination-sensitive industries. It features standardized structural frames and specialized panels (e.g., PIR, rock wool) with integrated HVAC and filtration. Classified into hardwall, softwall, and clean booth types, it controls air quality, temperature, and humidity, ensuring compliance with ISO 14644 standards while reducing installation time and cost.

HPL doors

Clean room HPL door

Overview: Clean room HPL door consists of a door panel made of HPL sandwich panels and an aluminum frame. Because HPL board has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and low  temperature resistance, it is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry factories and chemical industry factories.

cleanroom wall panels

Clean room sandwich panel

Overview: Sandwich panels are essential in cleanroom construction for creating and maintaining contamination-controlled environments. Their seamless surfaces, tight joints, and smooth finishes prevent particle accumulation and allow easy disinfection, while the insulated core helps regulate temperature and humidity. These panels are widely used in pharmaceuticals, electronics, food processing, healthcare, and other industries requiring strict environmental control.

clean room wall panels

Soundproof panel

Overview: Soundproof panel is an acoustic insulation panel designed to control noise transmission in industrial and commercial settings. Featuring high-density cores (e.g., mineral wool, fiberglass) and sealed, layered construction, it effectively dampens airborne and impact noise. Available in varying thicknesses and finishes, it supports sound-sensitive environments such as laboratories, studios, and production areas, improving acoustic comfort while maintaining thermal and structural performance.

Cleanroom ceiling

Clean room HPL ceiling system

Overview: Cleanroom HPL Ceiling System utilizes high-pressure laminate panels to create a seamless, cleanable overhead surface. Resistant to chemicals and abrasion, it prevents particle shedding and microbial growth. The system integrates with HEPA/ULPA filtration units, supporting ISO-classified environments in pharmaceuticals and electronics, while offering easy installation and maintenance.

Rockwool cleanroom panel

Rockwool cleanroom panel

Overview: Rockwool cleanroom panel is a highly specialized composite panel specifically engineered for controlled environment applications. Consisting of a dense rock wool (stone wool) insulation core laminated between two smooth metal facings, this panel system combines exceptional fire resistance with reliable thermal and acoustic performance. Developed to address the stringent safety and operational requirements of modern cleanrooms, it represents the premium tier in fire-rated cleanroom construction materials.
